SuperNova
Flow Cytometry

Mission, Vision, and Goal of Our Work
Supernova’s mission is to elevate the standard of flow cytometry practice globally through high-quality, accessible education. We strive to empower every flow cytometry user – from graduate students and technicians to seasoned scientists – with the knowledge and skills needed to generate reliable, reproducible data. Our vision is a future where standardized training closes the gap between rapid technological advances and practical expertise in the lab, ultimately improving the quality of research and diagnostics. By improving practitioner competency, we contribute to better experimental outcomes, more efficient therapeutic development, and enhanced patient care. Supernova embraces social responsibility by dedicating a portion of profits and resources to community-building (scholarships, outreach to resource-limited labs, and contributions to professional societies like ISAC). More specifically, SuperNova commits 1% of gross proceeds to non-profits that provide research, treatment and support for those suffering from Cancer and HIV/AIDS.
Our Commitments

Raising the Cytometry Standard.
Flexible. Inclusive. Impactful.
Science with a Soul.
Gaps in foundational flow cytometry knowledge create barriers to success in biomedical research, clinical diagnostics, and advanced therapies. Many professionals struggle to advance or apply this essential technology effectively, limiting innovation and career growth. SuperNova bridges this gap through accredited, scalable, and vendor-neutral training—empowering learners to gain confidence, boost technical competency, and unlock new opportunities in science and medicine.
Flow cytometry learners are not one-size-fits-all. With diverse backgrounds, abilities, and learning styles, they deserve training that adapts. SuperNova delivers high-impact, accredited content through a blended model—combining live instruction, self-paced modules, virtual labs, and immersive simulations—so every learner can succeed, from beginner to expert.
SuperNova is committed to driving meaningful impact beyond the classroom. As part of our social mission, we donate 1% of all proceeds to organizations advancing life-saving science, patient advocacy, and global health equity. This includes Gift of Life’s work in bone marrow and stem cell transplants, the Emily Whitehead Foundation’s fight for pediatric CAR-T access, ISAC’s global promotion of cytometry excellence, and groundbreaking HIV and CAR-T research led by Dr. Otto Yang and the UCLA HIV/AIDS Institute.
Every learner who trains with SuperNova helps accelerate discovery, extend lives, and strengthen the future of biomedical science
